Designed with cyclists in mind
CUBE was founded in 1993 by Marcus Pürner in the Fichtel Mountains in northeastern Bavaria and is still owner-managed today. Despite its international growth across more than 70 countries, the brand has remained closely connected to its roots and is now one of the region’s largest employers, with around 1,000 staff.
CUBE operates a modern Bike and Logistics Center in Waldershof, covering more than 55,000 m². Up to 4,500 bikes are assembled here every day.
The current product range includes almost every category of bike and e-bike, alongside a wide collection of clothing and accessories.
In-house innovation and test lab
At its headquarters in Waldershof, CUBE has a 15,000 m² Innovation Center and Test Lab. Here, a dedicated development team works continuously on new technologies, smart constructions and optimal material combinations.
Every bike and component is tested extensively, well beyond standard industry requirements. Only after passing both lab testing and real-world testing by engineers and team riders does a product go into production.
The result is a combination of optimal stiffness, low weight, maximum safety and long-term reliability.
